Registration
Our preschool is operated on a non-discriminatory basis. We comply with equal treatment and access to service without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, or ancestry. Our interest and concern is your child.
We adhere to state regulations regarding immunization records of your child. Immunization records must be provided upon enrollment. Your child’s immunization record must be kept current.
Registration Fee 2026-2027
Registration Fee - $1,715.00 Registration includes Board of Regents Fee of $150 + Blackbaud Fee of $55.
An online processing fee will also apply. Please note that a $1,000 portion of the fee is non-refundable. Registration is complete once payment is made and is subject to space availability and admission guidelines
Tuition Rates for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year:
Preschool 2 (Blue Group) Program - $14,250 to be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $1,425.00 per month. Children with diapers are welcome.
Preschool 3 (Green Group) & Preschool 4 (Yellow Group) Programs- $13,250 to be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $1,325.00 per month. All children enrolled must be fully potty-trained
Blackbaud: The school uses Blackbaud (Smart Tuition) for tuition collection. All families will be automatically registered with Blackbaud and receive a 13-digit Family ID via email. Families must comply with the terms and conditions set by Blackbaud.
Early Arrival Fee (7:30 – 8:00) - $1,500.00 to be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $150.00 per month.
Extended Care Fee (3:10 – 3:45) - $1,500.00 to be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $150.00 per month.
Late Pick-up Fee - $1 for each minute late.
Parent Involvement Program - Rose & Alex Pilibos Preschool is pleased to announce the launch of the Parent Involvement Program (PIP), beginning in the 2026–2027 academic year. Each Preschool family is required to complete twenty (20) parent involvement hours per academic year. Any additional hours are non-transferable. Parent involvement hours may be fulfilled through volunteer participation, contributions, and assistance in a variety of school-sponsored activities and events, as approved by the preschool. All required parent involvement hours must be completed no later than April 16, 2027. Families are responsible for ensuring that all hours are accurately logged and submitted by the deadline. Parent involvement hours will be reviewed by the preschool administration.
Families who are unable to fulfill all or a portion of the 20 hours may elect to pay a fee in lieu of completing those outstanding hours. The fee will be calculated by taking the number of outstanding hours (rounded up to the nearest hour) and multiplying them by an hourly rate of $12.50. This amount will be added to the family’s Blackbaud school account in May 2027. PIP payment must be paid by May 31, 2027. A late fee of $50 will apply after the deadline by Blackbaud.
For families with children enrolled on both the preschool campus and the main campus, all Parent Involvement Program (PIP) guidelines and requirements are set forth by the main campus. These families are not required to complete parent involvement hours on the preschool campus. All PIP obligations, including hour tracking, requirements, and any applicable fees, will be managed and communicated by the main campus.
